"Fresh and exactly as it should be"
I was really happy with this. It arrived fresh and had no weird smell at all, which matters to me because you should be able to trust what you’re buying. It felt clean, decent quality, and like the seller actually cared about sending out a good product.

"Good feeders, no complaints"
My snakes eat these just fine, so that’s the main thing for me. Also, they always show up clean and packed well, which I really appreciate. No weird smell, no messy surprises, just easy to use. i don’t overthink it much because the snakes are happy and the packaging has been solid every time...

"Consistent Weights, But Felt Ignored"
The weights have been consistent every time I’ve ordered, which I definitely appreciate. That said, I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question and didn’t really get much of a response. Overall the product itself has been reliable, but the communication could be better.

I’ve been ordering frozen rodents in bulk from rodentpro for my snakes, it just makes way more sense. The prices are so much better than grabbing those tiny overpriced packs locally, which adds up way too fast. Everything showed up still frozen and packed properly, no drama, no weird issues. The ordering process was simple too, which I appreciate because I really don’t need another complicated thing to deal with. I’ll definitely keep using them.

"A little inconsistent"
I’ve ordered from them a few times now. Some orders were totally fine, feeders looked good, packed decent, no real complaints. But then a couple came in smaller than I expected, and one batch had a bit of freezer burn. Not the worst thing ever. Just kind of hit or miss, you know? I might order again if I needed to, but I’d probably keep my expectations realistic.

I’ve ordered from Rodent Pro a handful of times now, and they’ve had the sizes I needed each time. When you’ve got multiple snakes to feed, that kind of consistency definitely matters. Everything has been smooth so far, so I’ll probably keep going back

I keep coming back to Rodent Pro mostly becuase they just have a solid selection. I can usually find the sizes I need for my snakes without having to bounce around a bunch of other sites, which is nice. I also like that they offer different options and quantities, so I can order what actually works for me. Simple process overall, no real compliants...

"Decent overall, but tracking felt unclear"
The order arrived fine and the product was packed well enough, so I can’t really complain about that part. The only thing that bugged me was the tracking info. It barely updated at first, and I kept having to check back because I had no idea when it was actually going to show up. it almost felt like they didn’t want to show too much until the package was already close, maybe to avoid people asking questions. Not a bad experience overall, but clearer shipping updates would’ve made it a lot less annoying

I had to wait a bit before customer service got back to me, which made me a little suspicious at first, like maybe they were just ignoring the issue. They did eventually answer my question, though, so it wasn’t terrible. Just not exactly quick or impressive either, average overall.

The product itself seems okay, but the box arrived crushed. I also wish there had been clearer communication about the shipping or handling, because I wasn’t sure if it had been damaged in transit or what to expect when it showed up.

The wait was long, and the pickup process wasn’t very clear. After I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about what was happening because there wasn’t much communication or direction. It all worked out eventually, but the whole experience could’ve been smoother.

But in my case, they ended up taking care of the refund and replacement without making it feel like a hassle. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered from rodentpro, but the package showed up way faster than I thought it would. Everything was packed well and the box looked fine, no issues there. I mainly just needed it to arrive quickly, so I’m happy with how it went. I’d probably order again if the shipping stays this fast.
